James Peppiatt

James Peppiatt has over 21 years of work experience in the field of building surveying and refurbishment. James started their career as a Trainee Building Surveyor at Lambert & Foster Ltd in 2000. James then joined Prime Building Consultants Limited in 2004 as a Senior Building Surveyor, specializing in refurbishment. In 2008, they transitioned to Grainger PLC as a Building Surveyor, focusing on refurbishment and design. Over the years, they progressed within the company and held positions such as Project Manager, Senior Refurbishment Manager, and Head of Refurbishment & Technical Services. Currently, James holds the role of Director - Refurbishment & Technical Services at Grainger PLC.

James Peppiatt has a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Building Surveying from the University of Greenwich. James also completed the Emerging Leaders Programme at Hult Ashridge in 2015.
