Jonathan Hyde

Jonathan Hyde has a diverse work experience history. Jonathan began their career as a Sales Negotiator and Valuer at Edward Mellor Estate Agents from 2006 to 2010. Jonathan then worked as a Landscape Architect at Wardell Armstrong from September 2013 to January 2014. Following this, they pursued their studies at Manchester Metropolitan University, graduating as a Landscape Architect student in September 2013. Jonathan joined the Property Blog as an Author from November 2015 to April 2018. Jonathan then worked as a Director at Julian Wadden & Company, where they started part-time while studying and eventually became responsible for their Didsbury and Marple offices. In 2019, Jonathan became the Managing Director of Pure Investor (previously known as Hopwood House), overseeing various departments and driving profitability. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Lettings (North) at Grainger PLC, responsible for managing the Build to Rent and Private Rental Sector portfolios in the North of England, as well as growing and developing a large lettings team.

From 2010 to 2013, Jonathan Hyde attended The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree in Landscape Architecture.
