Josh Barker is an experienced professional in project management and real estate development. Currently serving as Associate Director at Grainger PLC since June 2015, Josh has a strong background in managing significant residential projects, including a role as Project Manager at AECOM from June 2012 to August 2015, where responsibilities included serving as Employers Agent for a development of 144 apartments and commercial units in London. Prior experience includes an internship as Project Management Assistant at Northcroft Middle East, supporting a major project valued at over £40 million.
