Paul Glibbery

Under Paul’s direction, technology is being introduced across their business operations to enhance the customer experience, improve operational efficiencies further and protect Grainger’s license to operate.

Paul has over 20 years of extensive experience leading the delivery of global technology and digital business transformation programmes for major brands including Hewlett Packard, Airbus and Fujitsu. During his 7-year tenure at Hewlett Packard, Paul acted as Delivery Director for HP Defence UK, led the Group’s ES Business Transformation Programme within the EMEA Region, and was ultimately responsible for a US$250m Global Account and Sales team.
