Paul McGowan

Paul McGowan has a diverse range of experience in the real estate industry. Paul currently holds the position of Director of Land at Grainger PLC, where they oversee the company's land operations, including acquisitions and promotions. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director and Head of Development Consulting & Agency at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Director and Head of Greater London Development and Sales at Savills.

Before their time in the consultancy sector, McGowan worked as the Head of Residential Development UK at RBS Real Estate Asset Management, where they managed a large portfolio of land and development sites. Paul also held the position of Head of Southern Residential Development at Jones Lang LaSalle. Earlier in their career, they co-founded and served as the Managing Director of Copplestone Properties Ltd, a residential development company specializing in land-assembly projects.

Before venturing into development, McGowan gained valuable experience in house-building roles at well-known companies such as Berkeley Group, Countryside, and Taylor Woodrow.
