Richard Grocott is currently involved in Acquisitions & Public Affairs at Grainger PLC since October 2022. Prior to this role, Richard served as a Committee Member for RICS Matrics from April 2022 to November 2022 and worked as a Consultant at Aspinall Verdi - Property Regeneration Consultants from March 2021 to October 2022. Richard's experience in the political realm includes positions as a Senior Parliamentary Assistant and Parliamentary Researcher at the House of Commons from March 2017 to March 2021. Richard holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Liverpool John Moores University (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Biology from the same institution (2013-2016). Education was completed at King Edward VII Queen Mary School in Lytham St Annes, attending from September 2006 to June 2011.
