Kali Charan Panda

Kali Charan Panda is a Project Coordinator. His expertise includes government liaising and community mobilisation. He pursued a Masters of Social Work from Utkal University of Culture in 2013. He remained part of the National Service Scheme during his student days and involved himself in voluntary services.
