Santosh Kumar Rout is Coordinator for Documentation and Communication thematic area. He leads content production within the Communications team in Odia language. He handles the Odia Facebook page of Gram Vikas and also handles publishing of the periodic regional newsletter “Gram Vikas Samachar”.
