Ben Farkas

Ben Farkas is a partner with Hellman & Friedman, a private equity firm with offices in New York, San Francisco, and London. With a focus on technology and tech-enabled services, Ben is currently the Lead Director of Ultimate Software, was formerly a Director of OpenLink Financial, Getty Images, and Sheridan Healthcare, and was active in the firm’s investment in SnapAV. Prior to H&F, Ben was employed by Bain Capital primarily in London, and Bain & Company in Boston. Ben received a B.A. in Philosophy and a B.S. in Economics, from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
