Garima Joshi

Garima Joshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agricultural research, program management, and value chain development. Currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst at S&P Global since September 2024, Garima previously held the position of Program Manager at Grameen Foundation India. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Agrieconomics from the University of Hohenheim, where Garima was a DAAD scholarship recipient. Past roles include research and program management responsibilities at Tanager International, where project leadership focused on sustainable production methods for over 20,000 smallholder farmers, as well as research positions at CIMMYT and the Technical University of Munich, concentrating on climate-smart agriculture financing in India. Additionally, Garima possesses expertise in business development and agricultural marketing, supported by internships and prior roles in agribusiness management.
