Madhurima Ghose

Madhurima Ghose has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, beginning with their role as a Customer Care Executive at EXL Services in 2004. In 2005, they joined Kelly Services as a Consultant where they sourced candidates, screened resumes, and coordinated interviews. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Evalueserve as a Sr. Associate HR, where they were responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, retention management, training, and database management. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at ICL Group of Colleges as a Manager HR. In 2016, they joined Allied Analytics LLP as a Sr. HR Specialist and Grameen Foundation India as Lead, Organizational Culture and Excellence.

Madhurima Ghose has a varied educational background. Madhurima attended St. Thomas School from 1987 to 2001 and obtained their XII in Humanities. From 2001 to 2004, they attended Delhi University and obtained their B.A in Sociology. Finally, from 2004 to 2008, they attended Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and obtained their Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration in Human Resources.
