Kazi Rashed Abdallah

Kazi Rashed Abdallah is a PMP® and SAFe® POPM with a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Kazi Rashed has held various positions at Grameenphone Ltd, starting as a Lead Engineer in Product Forecasting and Cost Management in 2011. In this role, they translated inputs from commercial and finance departments into integrated plans and managed technology capital investments.

Kazi Rashed then transitioned to the role of a Principal Engineer in Service Design & Technology Process Management, where they formulated and managed the implementation of end-to-end service design strategies. Kazi Rashed provided technical solutions for product and campaign teams and ensured high-level designs aligned with revenue targets and strategic ambitions. Kazi later advanced to become a Senior Specialist in Consumer Voice, responsible for consumer prepaid voice revenue and the launch of new products and campaigns.

Prior to that, they obtained a BSc Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Islamic University of Technology from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they have completed the Telenor Strategy Execution Programme at INSEAD. Rashed Abdallah has earned several certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and a Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Kazi Rashed has also obtained certifications in Agile Project Management, Data Visualization, Cybersecurity Awareness, and Digital Marketing.
