Md. Rizwanul Islam has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Md. Rizwanul started their career in 2006 as an intern at Southeast Bank Limited. In the same year, they also worked as a Key Account Manager of Tesco at MGH Group.

Moving forward, Md. Rizwanul Islam joined Grameenphone Ltd in 2006 as a Territory Officer in Regional Sales, where they successfully implemented pull and push sales strategies. Md. Rizwanul later became the Trade Loyalty Manager in Retail Channel Management, where they focused on call card development and manual creation for Grameenphone.

Their career progressed within Grameenphone, and they took on roles such as Channel Executive in Retail Channel Management & Trade Marketing, Campaign Manager, and Lead Specialist in Mass Retail Development & Management. Md. Rizwanul then served as the MFS Retail Planning Lead Specialist in Commercial, playing a key role in planning and development.

Md. Rizwanul Islam's significant achievements include developing and managing alternative channels, building the Mobile Financial Service (MFS) portfolio, establishing new channels like Platinum and Internet Hub, and spearheading numerous campaigns. Md. Rizwanul also contributed to the business development of new partner services within Grameenphone's Financial Services division.

More recently, they served as the Business Development Team Lead in Adjacent Network Business Innovation and as the Deputy General Manager of New Business, Digital & Strategy at Grameenphone Ltd.
