Mahbubul Alam Bhuiyan is the Head of Product at Grameenphone Ltd since December 2021, overseeing the performance of voice, internet business, value-added services, and customer value management for a customer base of 82 million. Previously, Mahbubul served at Robi Axiata Limited in various executive roles, including Executive Vice President of Product and Pricing, where responsibilities encompassed driving top-line growth through voice and data performance for mass and enterprise markets. Prior roles also included leadership positions at banglalink and Orascom Telecom, focusing on customer base management, product development, and pricing strategies that significantly contributed to company revenue. Mahbubul holds an Executive Education degree in leadership from the London Business School (2008-2009).
