Raqibul Faiaze Md. Ikramah FCCA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Raqibul Faiaze started their career as a Business Controller in a small business from 2008 to 2011. Raqibul Faiaze then interned at Unilever Bangladesh Limited, where they assisted the Senior Territory Manager and supervised a high-priority project. Raqibul worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at North South University, where they assisted faculty members in sharing knowledge with students.

In 2012, Raqibul joined KPMG in Bangladesh as an Audit Assistant and worked their way up to Supervisor. Raqibul Faiaze was involved in external audits, documentation, and recommending solutions to the Board of Directors. Raqibul was also assigned to large and complex assignments due to their dedication, technical expertise, and strong analytical ability.

Raqibul Faiaze briefly worked as a Consultant in Financial Reporting at DTAC in 2017 and had a short assignment in Group Accounting at Telenor in 2019.

Raqibul joined Grameenphone Ltd in 2016 and held various positions throughout their tenure, including Specialist in Financial Reporting and Specialist in Financial Accounting. Raqibul Faiaze was later promoted to Lead Specialist in both roles before becoming the Head of Financial Accounting & Reporting. Raqibul was then promoted to General Manager and ultimately held the position of Chief Accountant at Grameenphone Ltd.

In 2019, Raqibul also took on voluntary non-paid work as a Member of the Member Advisory Committee of ACCA Bangladesh. Raqibul Faiaze later became the Vice Chairman of the Members Advisory Committee.

Raqibul Faiaze Md. Ikramah FCCA completed their education in a chronological order. In 1999, they graduated from Adamjee Cantonment Public School with a degree in Science. In 2005, they graduated from Rajuk Uttara Model College with an HSC degree in Science. From 2008 to 2011, Raqibul Faiaze Md. Ikramah FCCA attended North South University, where they obtained a BBA degree in Finance and Economics. Later, from 2012 to 2015, they studied Accounting and Finance at The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). In 2015, they pursued additional education in Information Security and obtained a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) degree. In 2018, Raqibul Faiaze Md. Ikramah FCCA completed the INSEAD-Telenor Strategy Execution Online Programme at INSEAD. Raqibul Faiaze has also obtained various certifications, including Big Data in the Age of AI, Powerless to Powerful: Taking Control, RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders, and Chartered Certified Accountant.
