Saddam Ahmed has a diverse work experience in the field of business intelligence and analytics. Saddam started their career at Silicon Solutions as a Software Engineer, where they were involved in software development, training, and sales support. Saddam then joined Gulf Air as an IT Analyst, where they analyzed sales data to provide appropriate offers to customers. After that, they worked at Grameenphone IT Limited as a Software Engineer, focusing on campaign management and analytical reporting. Saddam then moved to Grameenphone Ltd, where they took on various roles, including Specialist-CRM, Specialist-Campaign Analytics, and Lead Specialist in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence. In these roles, they developed and implemented channel development strategies, analyzed campaigns, and prepared various analytical reports. Throughout their career, Saddam has received several awards and recognition for their outstanding performance and achievements.

Saddam Ahmed completed their MBA in Marketing from East West University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued their BSC in Computer Science and Engineering from Darul Ihsan University, Dhaka, from 2002 to 2006.
