Maddison Tailor

Maddison Tailor is a strategic growth consultant currently working with MaddVentures and OpsReady, specializing in modern, data-informed growth strategies and industrial operations software respectively. Previously, Maddison served on the advisory board of Gramener and was the head of marketing at Tyton Holdings, Inc. From January to December 2022, Maddison directed growth initiatives at Geoforce and founded MD Marketing Technologies, identifying complexities in marketing technology solutions. Earlier roles include senior director of business growth at Tandem Theory, where significant revenue goals were achieved, and director of marketing at Ansira, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and improving ROI. Maddison also held positions in event marketing and sales management before earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from the University of Arkansas.
