Antony Chang, MBA

Antony Chang, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Antony currently serves as the Director of Information Technology at Gramercy Surgery Center, Inc. since October 2017. In this role, they provide vision and leadership for designing, developing, and implementing IT initiatives that create business value. Antony is responsible for formulating IT strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as ensuring the organization's effectiveness and efficiency through strategic plans for implementing information technologies.

Prior to their current position, from January 2015 to October 2017, Antony worked as an IT Coordinator at Gramercy Surgery Center, Inc. where they were responsible for leading EMR implementation projects, maintaining project plans, and supporting users on new applications.

From 2008 to 2015, Antony worked at Gramercy Management Services as an IT consultant and Project Manager. In this role, they led projects for implementing EMR solutions to medical clients. Antony interpreted business needs and translated them into system requirements, and also designed, procured, configured, and installed computer systems based on the technical requirements of EMR software.

Antony's professional experience also includes working as an Internet Citiphone Officer at CITIBANK CITIPHONE CENTER from 2003 to 2005. In this role, they assisted Citibank online banking customers with online banking systems and submitted system enhancement requests to the technical team.

Antony began their career in 2001 as a Training Corporal in the Taiwanese Army, where they served until 2003.

Antony Chang, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems, and Finance from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from National Chung Cheng University, from 1997 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Antony Chang has also obtained several certifications. Antony received the eCornell Project Management certification from Cornell University in February 2022. Antony also earned the MCITP: Database Administrator 2008 certification from Microsoft in May 2012. Antony also holds the MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional), Database Administrator MS SQL 2008 certification from Microsoft, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
