Kobi Tsesarsky

Kobi Tsesarsky is currently the Assistant General Manager and Service Manager at Gramercy Tavern. Prior to that, Kobi worked as the Wine Director at Birdie G's and participated in various other roles such as Stagier and Management Development Program in the food and beverage industry. Kobi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Princeton University and has also studied at King's College London and Università degli Studi di Macerata.
