Michael Pignatelli

Michael Pignatelli is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in both service and performance. Currently serving as a server at Gramercy Tavern since May 2022, Michael previously worked as a bartender at Momofuku and held multiple roles at other esteemed establishments, including serving and supervising positions. In addition to a robust career in the food and beverage industry, Michael has a strong foundation in the performing arts, having worked as a professional actor for various productions and projects. Michael holds a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the California Institute of the Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting & Directing from the University of Rhode Island.
