Morgan Harrison holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, earned between 2011 and 2013. Morgan began a career in the food industry as a line cook at Union Square Hospitality Group from April 2012 to September 2012 during an externship. In August 2013, Morgan joined Crafted Hospitality as a line cook and quickly transitioned to the role of Hospitality Manager, a position held until September 2016. Currently, Morgan serves as a Captain at Gramercy Tavern, a role held since September 2016.
