Sylvester Inda

Sylvester Inda is a seasoned sommelier with extensive experience in the wine industry, currently serving at Gramercy Tavern since July 2023. Prior roles include Metro Sales Representative at Banville Wine Merchants, sommelier at The Dinex Group - Daniel Boulud, and wine manager at CoolVines Powerhouse during the Covid pandemic. Notably, Sylvester has held positions at Keens Steakhouse, initially as Wine Assistant in 2013, followed by Floor Manager/Assistant Wine Director from 2016 to 2019, where responsibilities included ordering wines and maintaining cellar operations. Sylvester holds a degree in Philosophy from Saint Peter's University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
