Shashi Singh

Shashi Singh currently serves as General Manager at Gramik™ and leads Digital Growth, Transformations, and Simplifications at 18Pixels™, with experience since February 2023 and August 2022, respectively. Previously, Shashi founded Humare Apne, establishing 24/7 operations in Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Mohali, onboarding 110 health partners, and developing CRM solutions. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Head of Operations at 1mg, overseeing supply chain operations and significantly improving efficiency, and various leadership positions at Wipro Limited, where Shashi drove substantial growth and operational excellence across contact center services for major telecom clients. Shashi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from St. Xavier's College Calcutta.
