Santosh Kakkirala is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in logistics optimization and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Gramiyaa since April 2024, Santosh previously held managerial positions at Phool.co, where notable achievements included the implementation of OMS and WMS systems to enhance order fulfillment and the establishment of a nationwide fulfillment network in collaboration with 3PL partners. With initial roles that included Associate in Research Operations and Institute Manager, Santosh has demonstrated strong capabilities in project development, operational management, and team coordination. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Chemical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.

Gramiyaa is a Direct-to-Consumer Cooking Oils & Fats brand with presence across 5 metros in India, and the USA. Mass-produced food ingredients are highly processed and contain unhealthy nutrient composition, and harmful additives. On the other hand, healthy minimally processed foods are made in unscalable and unregulated facilities. They run risks of hygiene and adulteration. To solve for this problem, Gramiyaa's product offerings are minimally processed with zero chemicals or preservatives and are made in our US FDA and ISO Certified state-of-the-art facility. We are also building for a strong forward integration across the top Indian cities. Gramiyaa's DTC channel offers our customers super fast and cheap deliveries from our warehouses across 6 metros.
