Carlos Berlanga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical sales and engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Sales Engineering at Grammarly, Carlos has played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the Sales Engineering department, leading a team from inception to 14 FTEs while facilitating a transition from B2C to B2B. Previously at Sift as a Senior Sales Engineer, Carlos led enterprise-level technical sales and created a Proof of Concept playbook that enhanced customer conversions. Earlier in the career, Carlos held various positions at Google, including Solutions Engineer and Strategy Analyst, where skills in addressing complex business challenges and developing effective sales strategies were honed. Carlos earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has pursued additional studies at Stanford University.
