Stefanie Tignor

Stefanie Tignor, PhD, currently serves as the Head of Product Data Science & Engineering at Grammarly, overseeing core product teams and quality data science initiatives since June 2024. Prior to this role, Stefanie was the Head of Data at Pave from January 2023 to May 2024, where leadership included product data science and strategic machine learning efforts. At Humu, from July 2017 to January 2023, Stefanie held multiple influential roles, culminating as VP Data Science, where contributions included building the data science function, advising Fortune 500 executives, and leading product data initiatives that supported the company's acquisition. Academic experience includes serving as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Northeastern University and conducting research at the intersection of personality psychology and data science. Stefanie's educational background encompasses a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University and a PhD in Personality Psychology and Statistics from Northeastern University.
