Christopher Wright

Senior Scientist II R&d at GrammaTech

Christopher Wright has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2012, they worked as a Network Administrator at Good Guys Gun Range until 2015. During the same period, from 2013 to 2015, they also served as a Teaching Assistant at Utah Valley University.

In 2014, Christopher worked as a Production Supervisor at R3 Sensors for a brief period.

In 2015, they began their graduate studies at Purdue University, where they served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a Graduate Student Researcher. Christopher worked in Programming Languages and Compilers, focusing on a Domain Specific Language for Genomics.

From 2016 to 2016, Christopher was a Graduate Scholar Researcher at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.

In 2018, they worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.

In 2020, Christopher worked as a Graduate Researcher at Facebook.

In 2019, they joined Sandia National Laboratories and held two roles there. Christopher started as a Graduate Student Researcher before transitioning into a Senior Cyber R&D position in 2021.

Currently, Christopher is a Lead Software Engineer at GrammaTech, starting in 2022.

Christopher Wright attended Utah Valley University from 2012 to 2015, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering. Christopher then moved on to Purdue University from 2015 to 2021, where they pursued their higher education. At Purdue, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and also completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Engineering.
