Andrew Hatfield is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and production management. Currently serving as Assistant to the Vice President of Operations at Grammer Industries since March 2019, Andrew monitors tractor utilization within the specialty chemical division and leads terminal managers in managing Profit/Loss margins. Previous roles include Deputy UAP Manager and Production Supervisor at Faurecia Clean Mobility, where responsibilities included project coordination and emergency management. Andrew also has experience overseeing daily operations as a Production Supervisor at both Faurecia Exhaust System and Clif Bar & Company, and as Production Manager at Seymour Midwest LLC, where 5S implementation was championed. Early career experience includes roles at Hilex Poly as a Production Supervisor and at Reith Riley Construction Co. as a Pipe Layer/Team Lead. Andrew is a former team captain of the South Central Broncos, achieving three championships and being voted to three all-star games. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree from Ivy Tech Community College and a high school diploma from Jennings County High School.
