Martin Teply

Martin Teply's work experience includes being the Head of Manufacturing engineering, Maintenance, and Facility management at Grammer AG, where they oversee industrial engineering, maintenance, and spare parts. Prior to that, they were the Manager of the process engineering department at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors, leading the full industrialization of processes and managing a team of 20 process engineers. Martin was also responsible for the standard operating processes of premium customers such as BMW and Daimler. Before that, they worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Johnson Controls and as a Process Engineer at ORLEN Unipetrol.

Martin Teply obtained their Inženýr (Ing.) degree in Waste Management from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, where they studied from 2003 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they also received several certifications throughout their career. In November 2008, they obtained a certificate from DOOR Training & Coaching for completing the Academy of Business program. Subsequently, in September 2015, they received a Recognition Certificate from Yanfeng Automotive Interiors. In February 2016, Teply obtained the certification of Product Safety Representative in the automobile industry from Česká společnost pro jakost. Lastly, in March 2018, they obtained the IATF 16949 certification, also from Česká společnost pro jakost.
