Milena Castillo

Milena Castillo is a Senior Manager of Group People Development at Grammer AG since April 2023, with a strong background in learning and development spanning several roles at Johnson Electric from August 2019 to April 2023, including Learning and Development Lead and Leadership Development Coordinator. Prior to that, Milena co-owned Expertum México and served as Gerente de Operaciones at Cedyc Empresarial from January 2008 to August 2013, alongside a role as Secretary to the MP group at Skupština Grada Niša from November 2008 to October 2009, focusing on counseling and administration.
