Serkan Bahtiyar

Serkan Bahtiyar currently serves as the Global Commodity/Category Buyer for Plastic Parts in the EMEA region at Grammer AG, focusing on pricing strategy, global raw material sourcing, purchasing management, and cost improvement since October 2023. Previously, Serkan held the position of Purchasing Leader at Empo Otomotiv from January 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included supplier research and procurement of direct and indirect materials, particularly in plastic raw materials and components. Serkan also worked as Purchasing Responsible at Empo Otomotiv, managing pricing strategies, supplier development, purchasing, and logistics. Prior experience includes a Sales Specialist role at ÜNVER GROUP and at Durmazlar, where project management, customer relations, and sales performance were key functions. Serkan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Balıkesir University, an Erasmus degree in Business & Management from Wyższa Szkoła Finansów i Zarządzania w Białymstoku, and an Associate degree in Logistics Management from Anadolu University.
