Theo Franciscon

Theo Franciscon has extensive experience in account management, logistics, and customer service. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager at Grammer AG since January 2010, Theo is responsible for developing a new market segment in South America and managing key customer accounts. Previously, Theo held the role of Logistics Analyst and SAP Plant Super User at Grammer AG, where the focus was on implementing the LES within the SD module and resolving departmental issues with the central IT team in Germany. Earlier career experience includes a position in customer service at Grammer do Brasil Ltda and technical consulting at Retifica Itatiba Ltda. Academically, Theo holds a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from Centro Universitario Padre Anchieta.
