The current leadership team at Gramophone has a wealth of experience in industries including sales and marketing, business management, engineering, and agriculture. They have also worked for a variety of companies, including OYO Rooms, TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, John Deere India Private Limited, CropIn Technology, Aspada Investments, and Omnivore Partners. In addition, the team has strong educational backgrounds from institutions such as the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, and the University of California Davis.
