Ellen Sagengen has extensive experience in various roles within Gran Kommune since August 2004, currently serving as Kommunalsjef Stab og støtte, overseeing central administration functions such as economy, IT, document management, payroll, HR, communication, and citizen services. Previous positions include Kvalitetssjef, focusing on innovation, digitalization, quality development, insight and analysis, and organizational development. Additional roles in Gran Kommune encompass Konstituert kommunalsjef Kultur og samfunn and Project Manager for various initiatives related to organizational development and local community mobilization.
