Diego has held various leadership positions at companies like Basrah Gas Company and Shell, where Diego provided executive leadership across different regions. Diego has a strong background in multi-stakeholder management, risk management, and community development. Diego holds a Bachelor's degree from Instituto de Ciencias del Mercado and completed an Executive Programme in General Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
