Muyiwa Akinyosoye Msc

Muyiwa Akinyosoye MSc, P.Eng, PMP is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in major capital projects within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Major Capital Projects at Gran Tierra Energy, responsibilities include overseeing the development and execution of surface facility and pipeline projects, as well as corporate strategy. Previous roles include Director of Projects at Glencore E&P (Canada) Inc., where leadership encompassed the execution of capital projects in Chad, and Manager of Major Projects at Caracal Energy Inc. Additional experience includes senior positions at Syncrude Canada Ltd., Suncor, and ExxonMobil, focusing on project management, engineering, and execution of substantial oil sands and offshore projects. Muyiwa Akinyosoye holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Ibadan and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bath.
