Ashley Dawson is the Consortium Services Manager at The Granada Theatre. Ashley previously worked as a Patron Services Associate at the Michigan Opera Theatre from January 2016 to December 2017. In this role, they assisted customers with single ticket and subscription purchases by phone, in person, and online. Ashley also worked closely with patron services team and outside promoters to contract event set-up, ticketing holds, promotional codes and complimentary ticket requests for events in Tessitura and Ticketmaster. Additionally, they collaborated with performance partners to ensure accuracy of sales, reporting, and ticket inventory at all venues.
Prior to their work at the Michigan Opera Theatre, Ashley worked as a hostess and server at the Olive Garden from October 2013 to January 2016. Ashley also has experience as a school of music office assistant at The University of Akron from August 2013 to July 2015 and as an arts administration intern at Wintergreen Performing Arts from July 2014 to August 2014. Ashley began their career as an intern at Adjective New Music, LLC in January 2013 and remained in this role until July 2013.
Ashley Dawson's educational career began with a degree in Arts Administration from The University of Akron. Ashley then went on to receive a Bachelor of Musical Arts with a minor in Arts Management from Bowling Green State University.
