Alyssa Alderman

Alyssa Alderman has a wide range of work experience in human resources and project management. Alyssa started their career at CIGNA Healthcare, where they held multiple roles from 1992 to 1995. Alyssa then worked at Shield Healthcare as a Medi-Cal Adjudicator from 1996 to 1998. At Synergistic Systems, ER billing, they served as a Client Service Manager from 1998 to 2003. Alyssa then joined Kaiser Permanente as a Project Manager III from 2003 to 2006. Alyssa further expanded their career by becoming the Human Resources Director at All Saints HealthCare from 2005 to 2008. Currently, Alyssa is the Vice President of Human Resources at Los Angeles Jewish Home, a position they have held since September 2017.

Alyssa Alderman holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Redlands, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge between 2001 and 2003. Alyssa Alderman also obtained a high school diploma from Argyle Secondary in 1992, and attended Campbell Hall from 1986 to 1992.
