Alisa Arthur

Alisa Arthur, MSc, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the People Development Lead at Grand Bahama Power Company since April 2019, having previously held positions as Human Resources Administrator and Human Resources Assistant within the same organization. Prior to this, Alisa worked as a Human Resources Officer at Total Educational Center Company Ltd. from November 2013 to March 2019. Alisa holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Change from Colorado Technical University, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of The Bahamas, earned in 2018.
