Kevin Witts has extensive experience in employee development and organizational management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Employee Development at Grand Canyon Education, Inc. since September 2009. Prior to this, Kevin held various leadership roles at PetSmart from 1995 to 2009, including Director of Organizational Development/Change, where responsibilities encompassed managing enterprise projects and implementing training initiatives. Additional roles at PetSmart included Director of Services Talent Management, Director of Leadership Development, and Director of Store Training, each focused on enhancing operational effectiveness and team development. Earlier career experiences also include positions at Montgomery Ward and The Musicland Group, highlighting a well-rounded background in retail management. Kevin holds a Master of Arts in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from the University of Phoenix, along with executive certification from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Towson University.
