Adam McLean currently serves as a Program Management Officer at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on enhancing emotional intelligence within the global defense sector to develop high-performing teams and execute efficient plans. Additionally, Adam is a Lead Cognitive Performance Coach at Bust Out Performance and an Adjunct Faculty member at Grand Canyon University, where courses on leadership and psychology are taught. Adam's military background includes a leadership role as Commander of the 63 Air Refueling Squadron and extensive experience as a pilot with Delta Air Lines and the United States Air Force. Adam holds a PhD in Psychology with an emphasis in performance psychology from Grand Canyon University, a Master's in Applied Science focused on Leadership Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Bachelor's in Management from the United States Air Force Academy.
