Allison Hoffman

Allison Hoffman, M.S., CCC-SLP, currently serves as the Program Lead and Faculty for the Master of Science in Speech Pathology at Grand Canyon University since March 2023. With extensive experience in healthcare, Allison held multiple leadership roles at Banner Health from April 2020 to March 2023, including Associate Director and Manager of Rehabilitation Services, where the focus was on multidisciplinary team leadership, patient care quality, and operational management across various patient demographics. Previous positions include Speech Language Pathologist at HonorHealth and Milwaukee VA Center, and managerial roles at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital and Brookdale Senior Living Inc. Allison's early career also involved therapeutic oversight in neurology and psychiatry at AmericasDoctor.com and served as a Senior Speech Pathologist at Advocate Health Care. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from Governors State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University in Speech-Language Pathology.
