Courtney Patton

Courtney Patton is an experienced professional currently serving as the L.O.P.E.S. Academy Program Manager at Grand Canyon University, where the focus is on providing a supportive post-high school environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Previously, Courtney worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at Ally Pediatric Therapy, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services for children with Autism, and served as a Direct Service Provider at HOPE Group, implementing Individualized Service Plans and providing respite services. Courtney also gained valuable experience as a Discover GCU Campus Representative and Marketing Team Member at Grand Canyon Education, Inc. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Social Work.
