Dr. Erica N. Wortherly, DSW, LCSW-QS, serves as an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University and the University of West Florida while also working as an online adjunct professor at Liberty University. As a Reach Program Manager at Pace Center for Girls since September 2024, Dr. Wortherly combines extensive experience in mental health, having previously held the role of Executive Director of Mental Health at the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind. A dedicated education consultant since July 2018, Dr. Wortherly supports educators in maintaining a healthy balance between service provision and personal well-being. Dr. Wortherly’s educational background includes a Doctor of Social Work from Capella University, a Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of North Florida.
