Michael Taylor

Michael Taylor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales & Contact Center Operations at Grand Circle Corporation since June 2011. Taylor's career at Grand Circle has included roles ranging from Sales Supervisor to Director of Training & Recruiting, where responsibilities encompassed coaching, performance management, and process improvement initiatives. Prior to this, Taylor was Operations Manager at Clean and Safe Inc., handling accounts reconciliation and inventory audits, and gained early experience as an Accounting Intern at the Clinton Foundation. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School.
