Rachel Durboraw

Rachel Durboraw is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management and guest services. Currently serving as Concierge at Grand Cru Selections since July 2021, Rachel has previously held positions such as Service Director at Gabriel Kreuther, Restaurant Manager for The Bastion Collection's Shun and Le Jardinier, and Assistant General Manager at The East Pole. Earlier experience includes a role as Restaurant Manager at Gabriel Kreuther and Captain at Union Square Hospitality Group. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from The Culinary Institute of America, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
