Brandyn Lorenz

Brandyn Lorenz has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Brandyn began their career as a Commercial Associate at Azor Advisory Services, where they conducted field market surveys, prospecting for new tenants, and acted as a liaison between property owners and municipalities. Brandyn then worked as a Leasing Associate at Edens & Avant, where they assisted with lease negotiations and assignments, conducted market surveys, and performed rent relief analysis. After that, they joined Equity One as a Leasing Representative, where they conducted lease negotiations for multiple retail shopping centers and handled renewals for various properties. Brandyn further advanced their career as a Sales Associate at Horizon Properties of Miami, where they gained experience in sales and client relations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Real Estate at Grand Fitness Partners, where they are responsible for site selection in numerous territories.

Brandyn Lorenz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Florida in 2007. Brandyn then pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, completing it in 2008.
