The Operations and Facility Management Team at Grand Fitness Partners is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational efficiency and maintenance of the franchise's 74 locations. This includes ensuring that each facility is clean, functional, and compliant with safety and quality standards, as well as implementing operational strategies to improve member experiences. The team also collaborates closely with other departments to support the franchise's growth and sustainability goals.
