In previous roles, Austin has specialized in consumer laws, debt collection, and financial services, successfully managing multi-state debt collection efforts and guiding clients on regulatory compliance. Austin's background includes significant court appearances, trial preparation, and the implementation of technology solutions that enhanced operational efficiency. Austin holds a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Old Dominion University.
