Felipe Mascarenhas

Felipe Mascarenhas is an accomplished Area Manager at Grand Homes since April 2017, overseeing the management of 50 homes and achieving 99 closings in 2022. With prior roles as Production Manager and Lead Builder, Felipe ensured the quality and timely construction of luxury homes across multiple communities. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager at Georg Fischer, where international HDPE piping projects were managed from negotiation to final assembly. Felipe's extensive background in construction management includes significant projects at Odebrecht and various engineering roles at Exterran and Braskem. Felipe holds an MBA in Project Management and an Associate's Degree in Construction Management, alongside a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
